Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using WhatStore to create stores, manage products, receive orders, process payments, and communicate with buyers.

Using WhatStore

WhatStore helps vendors create WhatsApp-first storefronts, manage products, receive orders, communicate with buyers, and use supported payment, delivery, notification, and messaging features.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your sign-in credentials, and making sure anyone you add to a store has permission to act for that store.

Stores, products, and content

Vendors are responsible for the products, prices, descriptions, images, store policies, delivery information, and messages they publish or send through WhatStore.

You must not use WhatStore to sell illegal, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, or restricted products, or to publish content that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

We may remove content, restrict store access, suspend accounts, or disable features when needed to protect buyers, vendors, payment partners, service providers, or the platform.

Orders, payments, and payouts

Orders, payment status, payment hold records, disputes, delivery details, vendor wallets, withdrawals, transfers, platform fees, and payout records are used to operate the marketplace and resolve transaction issues.

Payment and payout processing may be provided by Paystack or other configured payment providers. Their terms, risk checks, settlement timelines, and compliance requirements may also apply.

Vendors are responsible for fulfilling accepted orders, providing accurate delivery or pickup details, handling buyer communications, and complying with tax, accounting, consumer protection, and business registration obligations that apply to them.

Messaging and notifications

WhatStore may send account, order, payment, verification, security, waitlist, broadcast, push notification, email, and WhatsApp messages when needed to provide the service or based on saved notification preferences.

You are responsible for making sure buyer contact information is used lawfully and that marketing or broadcast messages comply with applicable consent and messaging rules.

Service availability

We work to keep WhatStore reliable, but features may be changed, paused, limited, or unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, security issues, compliance requirements, or product updates.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of WhatStore after an update means you accept the updated terms.
